Dr. S. A. Dhale is a visionary academician and administrator who steers Priyadarshini College of Engineering (PCE) with a philosophy that education must evolve from mere knowledge dissemination to active innovation. With an illustrious career spanning over 34 years, Dr. Dhale obtained his B.E. (Civil Engg.) in 1991, M.Tech (Structures) in 1999, and his Ph.D. from RTM Nagpur University in 2014.

Under his dynamic leadership, PCE has transitioned into a robust Autonomous Ecosystem, imparting quality education that balances artistic monumental infrastructure with a deep commitment to human values. Dr. Dhale champions a new academic paradigm where the goal is not just to produce employable graduates, but to nurture Job Creators. To realize this, he has spearheaded the development of a state-of-the-art Incubation Centre and start-up ecosystem on campus, ensuring that students are prepared for entrepreneurship with the necessary funding, mentor-ship, and technical support to turn ideas into commercial reality.

Dr. Dhale brings profound administrative expertise to this mission. He is Governor Nominee in Academic Council, of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Studies in Civil Engineering at RTM Nagpur University (2005-2010), giving him a deep understanding of curriculum design which he now applies to the institute's Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework. His scholarly contributions include authoring two textbooks, publishing over 20 research papers in reputed international journals, and serving on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Advance Computational Science & Engineering. A firm believer that "reaching excellence is a continuous process," Dr. Dhale inspires students to engage in innovative projects under faculty mentor-ship. His professional standing as an elected member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Indian Concrete Institute (ICI) further bridges the gap between the institute and the industry. Through his guidance, PCE continues to contribute renowned technocrats. He is frequently invited as a subject expert for university selection committees, a session chair for international conferences, and a keynote speaker at various engineering colleges. His administrative acumen is further evidenced by his role as Chairman of Local Enquiry Committees and Member of University Examination Squads.
